design process

Our work process is fast and easy wih 5 basis steps below. Besides, there are more details and interactions between DTN and client that based on the challenge element constraints on each design of the project.

Field visit On-site visit to evaluate existing buildings and structures, also perform inventory survey and evaluation for power and control systems.		Report Provide a detailed, pre-design technical memo randum of the facilities and provide recommandation for design criteria.		Design Prepare detailed design plans and technical specifications for construction of recommended items from the technical memorandum. The design submittal in 25%, 50%, 90%, and final.		Delivery Final design document will be provided: plans, design calculations, and cost estimate for project. The PE stamp and signatures are also included in the drawings.		Bidding Participation in the pre-bid meeting, answering contractor questions, and assisting the Client in recommending award of contract.
